The Technical Consultancy Team is able to offer a portfolio of services to assist customers with the design, build, implementation and on-going support of the complete IT infrastructure. The team continues to develop expertise in a broad range of software and hardware architectures to meet our customers' needs.

RTG technical support services give you direct access to the application server software experts. Our technical consultants are trained and accredited in a number of disciplines including Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and Linux .

We are constantly refining their skill sets and expanding our expertise into other technical areas through extensive training and certification programs.

Where on-site assistance or support is required, RTG is able to offer the services of engineers, consultants and support staff, either on a per-day rate or project basis.

Most manufacturers/suppliers will generally only provide support for their own products/solutions, which in turn leads to multiple support contracts with no single point of contact, or responsibility.
