Talent Acquisition Manager

Australia, Victoria.


About this Role

Due to our growth and expansion of clients, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. You’ll source key talent in time to execute client projects or services so we meet and exceed expectations. 

With proven sourcing ideas, you will identify and nurture relationships with candidates and RTG team members to find the best talent for our technology roles. You’ll use the normal channels and develop new strategies to harness the attention of both passive and active talent.  You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, being able to work with intensity and make sound judgements that drive successful outcomes.  


Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Lead end to end best practice recruitment; including job descriptions; job briefs, writing and placing job adverts, screening, interviewing and facilitating assessments; to deliver talent to timelines 
  • Identify and network to actively headhunt passive candidates and generate pipelines of candidates for current and future roles 
  • Enhance and improve our candidate experience 
  • Provide any coaching and training to managers interviewing for the first time 
  • Complete accurate reporting and utilise metrics to identify areas of strength and improvement 

About You

You’ll be down to earth and able to thrive in a small to medium organisation. You’ll be hands on to get the job done. You will have: 

  • Proven experience in ICT recruitment having successfully held similar talent acquisition roles before. 
  • Passionate about hiring the best IT talent and enabling excellent candidate and employee experiences.  
  • Up-to-date knowledge of innovative sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of successfully networking externally 
  • A methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, under pressure and within timelines with multiple vacancies to source across Australia 
  • Able to plan, coordinate, trouble shoot and prioritise activities successfully to work independently and as part of a team environment
